Graywing Studio/Gallery was founded by Vern Sheets &  Patti  Hricinak- Sheets in 2004. The studio is located in Walkertown, NC, a gateway to the the local mountains and state parks in the Sauratown Mountain, and Hanging Rock Mountain State Recreation areas. The unique store front offers a taste of  Vern and Patti's previous home in the Great Pacific Northwest complete with a mural of The Olympic Mountain Range and several bald eagles. The Gray Wing is a family venture. Vern and son Jared gave the building it's rustic mountain character as Patti added the finishing touches with her art &mural work.

Graywing Studio/Gallery provides an excellent environment for artist's to grow in skill and talent through art workshops and events. We are a place designed to reach out to the community by inviting art works from local artists, out of state artists , student artists and artists with disabilities. We are actively involved in NCAH ( North Carolina Arts for Health) where Patti serves as a board member.
